Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Because consultation times are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that any changes be made with as much notice as possible.

Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your payment will be transferred to the new appointment time.

Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will require a $50 rescheduling fee before a new appointment time can be confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

Appointments missed without prior notice are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. A new consultation must be booked and paid for in full if you wish to schedule another appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. Appointments cannot be extended or partially refunded due to late arrival.

If Kerry Needs to Reschedule

In the unlikely event that Kerry must reschedule your consultation, you may choose either a new appointment time or a full refund.
